What's included in your massage?
Whether you come in knowing what style of massage you want, or you want help choosing what will work best for you, your massage will be unique, and designed to address your overall goals as well as how you're feeling today. Most sessions include relaxation, myofascial techniques, and deep tissue massage. Your massage may also include MLD, passive or active stretching, trigger point therapy, and cupping.

75 Minute Massage | $160
Take time for a full body massage. Or focus on one to two target areas.
90 Minute Massage | $195
Take time for an extended full body massage, including one or two focus areas. Or focus on two to three target areas for deeper work.
120 Minute Massage | $255
Take time for a more thorough full body relaxation massage with time to focus on two to three target areas. Or focus on three to four target areas for deeper work.
